Qinhuangdao Tonglida Environmental Protection Energy Inc. formerly known as Qinhuangdao Development Zone Tonglida Environmental Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. and Qinhuangdao Tonglida Environmental Energy Engineering Co., Ltd., was established in July 1998. The original factory was located at Qinhuangdao Dongshan Shipyard, part of workshops and office were leased. The registered capital is 2 million yuan.

Tonglida's self-purchased plant landed on Jinshan Road
